Hospitality the old school way
Windcrest Farm is our home, not a venue company. Come out for an event, a pumpkin party or a night in the guest rooms and you’re our guest: a fire on the patio, Britt saying hi, and the sunset over the horse pastures doing the rest.

Hi, I’m Michael
Born and raised in Washington, D.C., I spent years in California and Hawaii before landing on a horse farm in Virginia Hunt Country with Britt, my puppy. I love cooking, live music and good company, and I’ve been watching polo at Great Meadow for 16 years (these days I run the sound there).
Sharing the farm is the best part of hosting: the sunsets, the horses, a fire on a cool night. Come stay, and I’ll point you to the best of Middleburg, starting with my favorite, The Rail Stop in The Plains.
